An American Software freedom activist and programmer, Richard Stallman said “sharing is good and with digital technology, sharing is easy”. Every moment of life is worth preserving and with technology, these memories can be shared with loved ones, relatives and the world at large, using various social media platforms, mobile apps and other innovations.

In the same vein, Oluwagbuyi Abimbola and Victor Amusan -students of the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State- created Memmour, an awesome photo sharing web platform that allow users experience photo sharing in a new way and enjoy telling stories with pictures by using hashtags to connect people.

Memmour has personal gallery sections like what is on the platform for  SeedDev  and  customized pages for business owners e.g  Temicara to showcase their products.

In a chat with one of Memmour’s co-founders , Abimbola explained that “Memmour will be the Magic of Web 4.0 .It is also an application that creates a good community relationship among people with different cultures, lifestyles- sharing their beautiful and awesome moments with related hashtags”.

“The cross-platform mobile app was built to connect people of all ages and Nationality. Memmour gives event organizers the opportunity to get all pictures taken at a particular event by the attendees without any hitch or difficulty”. -Victor Amusan.

Memmour gives you an awesome community experience. It can be a melting pot between pictures and ideologies. It allows users to share and preserve memories by uploading pictures of events, using a common hashtag with other attendees. And yes, the founders say a mobile application is in the works. Visit memmour today and join the awesome family.
